Job Description:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with exceptional skills and experience in digital marketing to join our team. In this capacity, you will be accountable for the creation, implementation, and management of digital marketing campaigns across various channels in order to promote our products/services and achieve business objectives. The perfect candidate is a thinker who thinks uniquely, likes online marketing, and has accomplished some of the goals he/she set.
Responsibilities:
- Create SEO, PPC ads, email marketing, content marketing and affiliate network marketing campaigns to drive high quality traffic leading to sales
- Develop campaign strategy including budgeting, targeting processes,content creation for ads and tracking systems for monitoring performance
- Do research on keywords and optimize site contents to better rankings by search engines
- Maximize conversion rates through optimizing landing pages, email campaigns among other digital assets
- For optimization purposes analyze KPIs used in gauging the effectiveness of an online adverting approach.
- Learn new technologies in digital advertising space as they arise so that you can utilize them when developing a promotion plan.
- Work Together with different teams such as sales department or design section within an organization so that all efforts are directed towards the same objective.
- When necessary work together with external bodies like agencies or vendors.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in either communication or business science or related field specifically marketing.
- Candidates should have held a similar post with at least [insert number] years’ experience in digital marketing sector.
- Expertise in development of integrated campaigns that run on many platforms.
- Digital analytics tools used to monitor campaign outcomes need to be understood by any applicant because this role requires analytical competencies.
- Composing effective content targeted at communicating through media is another aspect worth mentioning here.
- Specifically Google Ads Facebook Ads Manager LinkedIn Ads Mailchimp HubSpot SEMrush etc must be known perfectly
- One must also possess exceptional project management skills since running several projects concurrently is one of his/her responsibilities while working under time pressure.
